We mainly cast Zamak 3 and Zamak 5 (zinc-aluminium alloys), the industry standard for decorative and structural hardware. Zamak 3 offers excellent castability and finish, while Zamak 5 adds strength and hardness. Other grades are available on request to match your mechanical and plating requirements. For a detailed side-by-side comparison, see our Zamak 3 vs Zamak 5 selection guide.
Standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design for custom OEM zinc alloy products. Smaller trial orders can be negotiated case-by-case, especially when the design fits our existing tooling library. Pre-production samples are typically available without an MOQ commitment.
Brushed gold, polished chrome, matte black, antique brass, satin nickel, copper and gunmetal, plus PVD coatings for high-end durability. All finishes use multi-layer electroplating (copper + nickel + topcoat) and pass 96-hour salt-spray testing as standard.
Samples ship within 3 working days for items based on existing molds or simple geometry. Fully custom designs that need new tooling take 7–15 working days. International samples are sent by DHL or FedEx.

Yes. We accept STEP, IGES, STL, DXF and PDF drawings. Standard workflow: drawing review and DFM feedback, mold open in 2 to 4 weeks, first samples 7 days after mold completion, sample approval, then batch production. We also reverse-engineer from physical samples when no drawing exists.
Yes. Both OEM (you provide the design) and ODM (we propose a design based on your reference, finish target and end-use) are standard service modes. Many EU and North American buyers send us competitor samples or finish references and we engineer a more cost-effective Zamak version. Tooling is invoiced once and stays in our facility for ongoing reorders.
